The CereX MB10 80 Brix extract is a concentrated syrup derived from malted barley and barley. This yellow-brown syrup provides a pure, smooth mouthfeel and a pleasant cereal aroma. Due to its high viscosity, the 80°Brix extract must be handled and dosed at temperatures between 40-50°C. Our brewing and filling operations are conducted without oxygen exposure, ensuring minimal oxidation. This results in a more stable and cleaner-tasting malt beverage available on the market.
Food applications, confectionary and other foods. It is also used in beer-fermentation where the yeast can use the maltsugars for delivering (extra) alcohol).
